separate professional corporations to provide quality legal representation for
the Decatur and greater-Atlanta areas.
C. Suzette Ellis-Hoyle began the practice of law in 1986, training at a larger
Atlanta firm in litigation in both state and federal courts. Seeing the need
to provide equally skilled representation to private individuals, Ms. Ellis-Hoyle
began her own private practice. She has concentrated in the areas of domestic
relations/family law, workers' compensation for the injured worker,
personal injury, and medical malpractice.
Dawn Elizabeth De Klerk began practicing in the area of domestic
relations/family law in 1993, and since that time, has continued to work
exclusively in the interest of families. Ms. De Klerk represents men and
women in divorce proceedings, provides guardian ad litem representation
for children embroiled in difficult custody disputes, and offers domestic mediation
services to family members hoping to reach an amicable resolution to their
differences.
The firm's staff is made up of legal secretaries, legal assistants and
